How do i make a booking on your website?

There are a couple of ways that you are able to book online. The easiest way is to simply tap our Services tab and fill out the booking form. 

What information do I need in order to book?

You will need:

Your name,
Your address,
Your phone number,
To select where you would like us to take you,
And how many of you are going.

There are also various ways for you to pay. These options are; instant bank transfer, cheque, or PayPal. 

I cannot find a route I want to book. What do I do? 

If you cannot find a route that you would like to book, simply tap the Services tab at the top of our website, fill the form out with the required details and we can get back to you with a price. Alternatively, please click Here to be taken to the online form. Otherwise, please feel free to email us at LoyaltyConnections or give us a phone call on 018432 227757 and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. 

Can I book with more than one stop?

You can book more than one stop, it all depends on your requirements.

What luggage entitlement will I have?

Generally we encourage you to have a suitable sized hand luggage. This also depends on where you are going, how many of you there are and what vehicle you have. For more information, please fill out our Contact Form by clicking Here or call us on 01843 227757 for more information.

Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

From the pickup point that you have selected when you have placed your Booking. Alternatively, please give the office a call on 01843 227757 if your driver has not already contacted you.

What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

If you cannot find your driver, please ring the telephone number provided to you or call our office on 01843 227757. If you are calling after 5pm please ring 07973 133 448. 

My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?

Please call the office on 01843 227757 and we will be able to inform you if there is a larger vehicle available on your travel date. Alternatively, please reply to the confirmation email that you received and we can check for you.

How long will the trip take?

Unfortunately, due to the amount of trips that we do, we cannot individually list how long each trip would take as there are a number of factors to take into consideration that may be out of our control.
