Before you book
- How do I make a booking on your website?
There are a number of ways that you can do this, You can either click on the ‘Whats On’ tab at the top of the page to be taken to a calendar, from there you will be able to view all the interesting trips that we have planned. There will be a little bit about the trip, along with a ‘Book Now’ button that will take you to the ‘Shop’ page. There you will be able to find out prices, pickup locations and if required, the amount of children and adults that will be travelling.
- What information do I need in order to book?
You will just need:
Your name, address, phone number and select where you would like us to take you and how many of you are going. There are also various ways for you to pay. By instant bank transfer, cheque or paypal. These options will be available at the checkout page.
From there we will give you a phone call or email when the payment has cleared, if you have provided us with an email address, to let you know what time we will be roughly arriving at the pickup location.
- I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?
If you can not find a route that you would like too book, simply find the ‘Book Online’ link at the top of our website, fill in the form with the required details and we can get back to you with a price. Alternatively, please click Here to be taken to the online form. Otherwise, please feel free to email us at Loyalty Connections or give us a phone call on 01843 227757 and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
- How do I pay for my booking?
When you come to the checkout page, there are a number of ways that you can pay for the Booking. You can either pay by Bank Transfer (Please use your booking reference, which will be given to you click ‘Pay’. You can opt to pay by Cheque, there are details on where to send the cheque and who to make it payable to, or you can pay by paypal.
- Can I book with more than one stop?
You can book more than one stop, it all depends on your requirements.

- What luggage entitlement will I have?
Generally we encourage you to have a suitable sized hand luggage. This also depends on where you are going, how many of you there are and what vehicle you have. For more information please fill in our contact form by clicking here

- Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?
From the pickup point that you have selected when ordering
- What happens if I can’t locate my driver?
If you can not find your driver, please ring the office on 01843 227757 or 07973133448 after 4pm.
- My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?
Please ring the office on 01843 227757 and we will be able to inform you if there is a larger vehicle available on your travel date.
- How long will the trip take?
Unfortunately, due to the amount of trips we do, we can not individually list how long each trip would take as there are a number of factors to take into consideration that may be out of our control.

- How Do I Buy A Gift Card?
You can buy a gift card from the shop, or by click Here with amounts ranging from £5 to £100. If you require a different amount and we can sort that out for you.
All codes will be issued automatically to your email address after payment has been received.
- How Do I Check The Balance Of The Gift Card?
If you have used your gift card or someone else has and you want to know how much is left on it,
